yeah- it's not a trivial thing, and if it was done the same way it was done for
vdesktops, we'd get a lot of bug reports about things looking wrong in the
effects (like we did when the taskbar was included in desktop grid, cube, etc.
but couldn't adapt to the desktop it looked like it was on).

I'm not saying it's *impossible* to make overview-type desktop effects look
good when the contents of windows may be different on different activities...
just that I don't think it's feasible with the current technology. :) I'd love
to see someone prove me wrong.
