I got same issue,

When I set the evironement profile to "tremblant" kdevelop set in  

.kdev4/tip.kdev4 to 

[MakeBuilder]
Default Make Environment Profile=3

if I change it to 
[MakeBuilder]
Default Make Environment Profile=tremblant

it's work!

The code seems to set the index of the profile instead of the name.

Does anyone has already fix that bug? If not I could try to do my first
contribution to that great tools.
