This is back with recent updates. I am on KOrganizer 4.7, and it seems that the
time zone information from the ICS is not taken into account anymore.

(Or the referenced "Eastern Daylight Saving" time zone in my example doesn't
exist in the system DB anymore.)

If the time zone does not exist in the system-wide time zone list, the client
should actually import the timezone or convert the appointment to the closest
matching timezone (America/New_York in my example).

AFACR, this worked with Korganizer from 4.6.x Can provide
