i cannot reproduced when i want, if is reproducable in your system you have to
use konqueror for a while (i dont know may be you do it )

I created a test/ folder and i tried to reproduced while taking a video but i
could nt.

After i tried a last time in my personal folder and finaly i could reproduced
it when i wanted and fortunaly with the video:

The only problem is that until now i am not able to determine when it happens
but it happens much often , almost every day with normal use of konqueror.
