It might be that I have not had enough time to explain it more carefully, thus
I am now trying to amend it. ;-)
One idea is to redirect to the login page. Error messages are just scary from
the user point of view :) since error message generally means debugging which
is not a pleasure for a simple user.
Hence it could redirect to the login page, if you do not have access, but still
would like to achieve some actions.
