When a click a widget, it does not apear on the correct screen edge.
I have two monitors. One panel, at the bottom of the second one. Popups appear
on the top of the screen, sliding toward the bottom when dismised.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Click on a panel widget that has a popup

Actual Results:  
Popup appear at the top of the screen

Expected Results:  
Popup should appear next to its widget, at the bottom of the screen.
