KDevelop devs do not make packages for any linux distributions. Making packages
for Ubuntu is the job of people who work on Ubuntu.
Ubuntu Natty does have KDevelop 4.2.2 available, it is recommended that you
upgrade.
No matter what version of KDevelop or any other IDE you use, you are going to
need to make sure that you are doing a debug build if you want breakpoints.
