Well the naysayers have to just use this feature in a macbook pro and then say
no. Coz it's the best implemented platform for this feature and it just is WOW.
it's enabled system wide and it's not jerky, nor does it lag performance even
during intense photography related work. This is one feature that will "add" to
the smoothness of the platform. Nothing much but smoothness and refinement. 

Well I just came to know windows implemented this feature from 1997 coz I've
never experienced it :) maybe such is the implementation. 

But if you want to set a standard to work on this feature, then it's got to be
from the mac platform. Maybe like the blur plugin, disable it when it cannot be
handled by the hardware.
