in klipper for example, it is possible to create barcodes and drag/drop them
elsewhere. oxygen style breaks this with the 'drag from everywhere'-feature.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
create a barcode in klipper. try to drag  it somewhere

Actual Results:  
the window is dragged

Expected Results:  
a drag/drop of the barcode is expected
