event->spontaneous() is false for tab change in konqueror -> view state keeping

did not really make it clearer to me how to differentiate tab switch from
whatever case the patch is supposed to improve ..
anyways, praise CGDB, yakuake and TMUX. That triple is awesome for debugging
KApplications, huzzaahh :D

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
open folder detail view in konqueror, switch to other tab and back

Actual Results:
dirlister() is called, albeit with reload=false but still resets tree
expanded/collapsed state.

Expected Results:
no dirlister() call for tab change.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-rc6-dirty
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
