Hmm... this is the same as bug report as bug# 265084 and I still cannot
reproduce it using either one of the browsing engines. Steps used to perform
the test:

1. Open Konqueror and browsed to $HOME (to enable the option below).
2. Checked View->Use index.html.
3. Navigated to /usr/share/doc/qt/html/index.html.
4. Switched the Text Editor view by selecting "Embeded Advanced Text Editor"
from the  View->View Mode menu.
