--- Comment #5 from Gérard Talbot <browserbugs gtalbot org>  2011-06-27 21:16:39 ---
No valign attribute for <colgroup> elements in HTML5:
http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/tabular-data.html#the-colgroup-element

My conclusion is that those 10 tests are, at least in part, questionable,
debattable; they may serve more the purpose of proving that IE9 and IE10
Platform Preview (1 and later) are better than other browsers than to prove a
real and useful compliance with an emerging and in-developement W3C web
standard like HTML5.

Overall, public test suites

e.g. HTML5 test suite
(
http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/harness/harness.htm
http://w3c-test.org/html/tests/harness/approvedtests.txt
)
are much more reliable, preferable, trustworthy, useful, relevant, helpful than
a small set of very carefully selected testcases.

regards, Gérard
