Summary: File handle is kept when the current song is paused,
prevent umounting devices.
Product: amarok
Version: 2.4.1
Platform: Unlisted Binaries
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: Toolbar
AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist@kde.org
ReportedBy: cedric.borgese@gmail.com
CC: thomas.luebking@gmail.com, nhn@kde.org
Version: 2.4.1 (using Devel)
OS: Linux
When I pause a song (I'm used to use the pause button because "stop" is not
available in the toolbar), the file handle to the current song is not released.
If I was listening a song from an external usb storage, I cannot umount it,
this is very annoying, as an advanced user, I can easily work around this by
using the "stop" command in the systray context menu or selecting a song from
my local hard drive, but for a beginner that doesn't understand file handle and
mount/umount, it may be difficult to find how to detach it's external drive.
Reproducible: Always
