freedesktop's mime-info DTD defines attribute "namespaceURI" as mandatory for
tag "<root-XML>", at least on my system it does so.

Every time my system updates its mime info database I get an error about this
missing attribute. Adding an empty namespaceURI attribute in
mime/packages/basket.xml makes the error message disappear, but I guess an
empty value is not really the correct value.
