systemsettings (1.0) on KDE Platform 4.6.2 (4.6.2) using Qt 4.7.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
The same as the bug reports. Not very sure if I'm going to show anything new,
but just if the case:

En "es" isn't intalled at all actually
