Correct.
Well to me even though the effect on shading/unshading is null, it does what I
need it to do, which is make the window disappear but keep the titlebar. This
is a very useful feature for the way I work, the effect behind this does not
matter much to me.

Not sure if the owner (Todd) of the bug would want this to be closed, but for
me I consider closed.
