Solid udisks backend detect neither internal disks nor plugged in external
ones.

I cannot move files to or from external cards (manual mounting works, though),
camera, etc. Also digiKam cannot recognize my collections because it depends on
data provided by solid.

Steps to Reproduce:
solid-hardware list

Actual Results:  
I get info:
QStringList Solid::Backends::UDisks::UDisksManager::allDevicesInternal() 
error:  "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown" 

Expected Results:  
Show list of disks and partitions. lshal shows them correctly and in 4.5 (when
solid was based on HAL) everything worked perfectly.
