OK i found it in kde 4.6.0 , but this function is buggy ... 

1. if i change primary output without any other  changes and then press apply =
nothing happens,,, no error message just no change

2. there is impossible to set second monitor to be left of my laptotp screen
and have primary output set to laptop display (if i set left of position it
just ignore primary output setting)
