Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

If there is only one app on current virtual desktop, cover switch will show the
icon of that app as white rectangle in predictable pattern : icon, rectangle,
icon, rectangle....



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in "system settings -> desktop effects-> general", choose 'cover switch' as
the effect for window switching.

2. open dolphin, and make sure it is the only app on current virtual desktop.

3. press <Alt+Tab>. This time dolphin's icon is displayed correctly.

4. release <Alt+Tab>, then press it again. This time dolphin's icon is
displayed as
an white rectangle.

5. Just repeat step 3 and 4. cover switch will works OK this time but badly
next time, on and on.
