There are certain "e-form" documents which seem to reload their content
dynamically and otherwise only show a fallback page. Similar to <noscript> in
HTML. Yuck!

Is there any solution on the horizon to support this format?
As I don't currently have a newer KDE system running, can anybody confirm that
this problem still exists for trunk of Okular and/or poppler?
