can anyone encountering this very specific _heavy_ tearing (despite vsync is
active) attempt to figure which call in ::flushBuffer() takes so much time (the
entire flush takes < 1ms here...) because there's (iff at all) few chance that
any "just swap buffers" solution would make it to 4.6
