oh, and something to think about: lack of users -> lack of developers. So
having not enough man-power is simply because nepomuk/strigi does not have
enough users and it does not have enough users because it does not do what its
name states: desktop search. If you want to knwo what people expect when they
read desktop search, have a look at google's et al.
