To be honest, I would never start searching for this option in "Screen Edges"
:)
Also it's not obvious why 'display borders' is related to window movement :)

I guess that this feature maybe can be default but it needs some improvements
perhaps. Don't know what is "aero snap" - win7 thingie? Will take a look :)
