I had the same crash at login (same backtrace) on my laptop with Kubuntu 10.10
upgraded from 10.04
The crash disappeared after disabling the Network Management applet in system
tray.
Also now re-enabling the network manager, the crash doesn't appear, so it might
be some wrong setting from the old version of the network manager.
