Test data

Version:           svn (Rev: Essen revision 1202759) (using KDE 4.4.3) 
OS:                Kubuntu 10.04

Attached test data has headers with text in it.
When I opened the same document in kword, text in the headers is not
displaying.

Expected outcome:
All the text in the headers should be displayed in every page of the document
properly.
