Julien, 

new zip archive including KDE4 system setings:

http://digikam3rdparty.free.fr/misc.tarballs/digikam1.7.0-svn.exe

Next week, i plan to make new 7zip archive with digikam compiled without debug
symbols, to optimize space on disk.
