I think KWallet is not the place this should be implemented in. I don't think
it's a bad idea but it would require some "user presence manager" which detects
whether the user is around based on various criteria. This presence manager
would probably make for a project equal the current size of KWallet.
Apart from that you can already let the wallet be closed when the screen-saver
is triggered which basically seems to be part of what you request.

I'll let this wish sit around for the moment before I decide what to do with
it.
