When being in full screen mode and moving the mouse to the very top of the
screen to show the URL bar, it sometimes would not appear. It certainly is
reproducible it however tries moving around a bit to get it triggered.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to full screen mode move mouse to top, move it down again, move it up
again...

Actual Results:  
At some point the URL bar will not be shown upon moving the mouse to the top
edge of the screen.

Expected Results:  
It *always* works.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-22-generic-pae
