KDE 4.5.71 with kdebase-workspace bumped to r1185867; Qt 4.7.0, Mandriva
cooker.

After update to 4.5.71 powerdevil stopped working. On attempt to select power
profile in battery applet I get "ors.kde.Solid.PowerManagement missing"; this
is not registered on D-Bus indeed. Screen brightness is no more controller and
apparently CPU frequency as well. Battery applet displays state of battery
((dis-)charging, on AC) correctly.
