Version:           2.0.1 (using KDE 4.5.2) 
OS:                Linux

While trying to rip an audio cd to mp3, everything seems ok and will work
unless you click on the "configure plugin" button just to the right of the file
type drop down list. You cannot change the bitrate etc? 

This is the error:

""could not find the k3b Lame mp3 encoder config module for application k3b
library "kcm_k3blameencoder" not found. Possible reasons.
- An error occured during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control

- You have old third party modules lying around
