Yes - multi-row tabs are not going to be implemented as they are awful to work
with.  If the number of tabs is too many to fit in a single window and
scrolling them is annoying then it is time to move to a different kind of UI,
such as a vertical list of sessions perhaps.

Something like GNU Screen may be a better fit in this case.
