When launching the bug report wizard bugzilla pops up with 0.2 as selected
application version. This supposedly happens because rekonq's internal version
is 0.6.0 but bugzilla lists 0.6.
So aligning those two should fix this issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
in the toolsmenu -> help -> report bug -> launch wizard

Actual Results:  
(if BKO cookie is around)
bugzilla comes up with version 0.2 selected

(if no cookie is around)
bugzlla comes up asking for login, once done version 0.2 selected

Expected Results:  
Appropriate application version is pre-selected.
