If one uses more tabs than can fit on the screen (i.e. rekonq starts adding the
navigation arrows) and one tab changes flickerish repainting of all tabs will
occur.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Add more tabs than can fit on the screen. Add a new tab or simply reload one.

Actual Results:  
All tabs start wild flickering.

Expected Results:  
No flickering or visible changes whatsoever should happen on existing tabs

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-22-generic
Compiler: cc
Graphics driver: fglrx
