Is the redeal supposed to be dependant on the order of the cards pre-redeal? In
that case I agree, although I wasn't aware of this fact. Re-reading the game
rules in the kpat manual, it isn't terribly clear to me.
To me it sounds as if a redeal involves shuffling, in which case I'd expect the
expected result as noted in the bug description. If no shuffling is involved, I
would like to see a description of the redeal method so I can use it as part of
my strategy, which would make this bug a documentation wishlist item.
