That is a known problem with Adobe's flash player 10.1 release and something
that has already been worked around upstream in QtWebKit for the upcoming Qt
4.7 release. See

It also seems to have been backported into Qt 4.6.x branch and should be
available in the next bug fix update. See commit "be1a105" here:
