I came here to report the same and discovered Art's description of the flaw. 

Art's original post merely described aspects of the flaw and I think its
grossly unfair of Sven to just pass this off as 'invalid' because he didn't
like the way it was reported.

Lack of refresh remains just a ridiculous limitation of the file browser that I
believe most people would consider it a bug. Please consider this an issue.
