The following operations does change image rotation:
 gwenview image.jpg
 Ctrl+R
 Ctrl+S
   # image is rotated
 Alt+F4
 gwenview image.jpg
   # image is again the same


Reproducible: Always




OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34-12-desktop
Compiler: gcc
