Version:           SVN (using KDE 4.4.3) 
OS:                Linux

After an update from qt 4.6.2 to 4.6.3 the qthelp module no longer works. A
rebuild of kdevplatform/kdevelop yielded nothing. After a manual deletion of
the .kde/share/apps/kdevqthelp directory it worked again.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Upgrade qt.

Actual Results:  
QtHelp refuses to function.

Expected Results:  
QtHelp works.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
