If ktorrent in the pause state when shutdown, it does not begin seeding after
startup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start ktorrent with some files seeding. 
2. Pause all.
3. Shutdown the computer
4. Start the computer, start the ktorrent


Actual Results:  
All seedings are stopped

Expected Results:  
The seedings, paused before shutdown, must continuem and the ktorrent must be
in paused state

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-22-generic
