CSS2.1 Test Suite By Chapter (served with text/xml content-type)

CSS code (declarations, rules) is not applied consistently to testcases served
with application/xhtml+xml content-type. Some exact same (identical) testcases
are rendered differently

Over here, I am using KDE 4.2, Qt 4.6.2, Linux 2.6.31-19-generic and I think
this bug should be REOPENED, otherwise at least reinvestigated.
regards, Gérard
