Hmm, looks like we can't, I thought this was available via KDirWatch, but that
one only knows deleted/created/changed signals.

Ok, so only renaming inside the IDE will be supported. Niko, can you look into
how much changes this needs? I'm willing to take it as bug instead of feature
if the change is not too intrusive/big.
