Assigning to cpp-debugger for now, as I'm not sure where exactly the logic is
for switching from code to debug and back. Personally I find the automatic
switch back to code annoying sometimes.

@Imre: You're indeed not supposed to do major development in the debug
perspective, but making the files readonly would also make it impossible to fix
that bug you're debugging right now.

And as I said above, if you open your files in the code-tab and then let
kdevelop switch to debug, you'd end up with those files open and when leaving
debug again you'd be back in the code area with a useful workingset.
