QtHelp does not show up in tooltips (it used to provide a link "Show
Documentation" for recognized Qt classes) and does also not show any content in
Documentation panel.
This behaviour is reproducible since a few weeks.

Following is debug output from kdevelop for QtHelp with starting kdevelop (and
restoring a previous session), pointing on "QString();" and clicking "Home" for
QtHelp in Documentation panel. Tooltip didn't display "Show Documentation" and
Documentation panel was blank. At the end, I've looked in "Modules" of
"Configure kdevelop", where QtHelp is listed (and active) but has no symbol.
