1) Drag using the middle mouse button (If you upgraded from KDE 4.3 it may be
disabled by default, enable it in System Settings -> Window Behavior ->
Titlebar Actions).

2) See #1.

3) Shortcuts can be added in System Settings -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Global
Shortcuts -> KWin.

4) Automatic grouping can be controlled via window rules in Alt+F3 -> Advanced
-> Special Window/Application Settings (Give multiple windows the same group ID
for example), or you can let KWin attempt to automatically group windows (Not
perfect) in System Settings -> Window Behavior -> Advanced.
