I still have issues.  For instance: 

1) select "Version Control" toolview (bottom toolbar)
2) move the splitter down until it won't go any further
3) select "Run" toolview

In my case, the toolview selection bar complete disappears.  It is easily
reproducable.

Same thing for the splitter that can be moved horizontally

1) select the "Run" toolview
2) move the splitter completely to the right
3) select the "Konsole" toolview
4) try moving the splitter again: it suddenly jumps aways from your mouse
cursor.
