Moreover, the custom style is defined to indent classes, labels, namespaces,
and switches. And when I try to format a file with it, the namespaces are not
indented.

Finally, the association between the custom style and mimetype is not
preserved. For example, try to make both text/x-c++src and text/x-chdr use the
same custom style and remember the setting.
