I still see this bug in the kde 4.4 rc1 packages in kubuntu lucid/amd64

But it happens only after the flash plugin was loaded in one of the tabs at
least once.
Even then you can close the flash-using tab, and reopen new tabs, the flicker
will still be there. Close Konq again, browse flash-free sites, and there is no
more flicker.
