From kde-bugs-dist Thu Jan 21 09:00:52 2010 From: Sami Liedes Date: Thu, 21 Jan 2010 09:00:52 +0000 To: kde-bugs-dist Subject: [Bug 223649] New: Digital Clock widget forgets which month was Message-Id: X-MARC-Message: https://marc.info/?l=kde-bugs-dist&m=126406448731715 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=223649 Summary: Digital Clock widget forgets which month was viewed if I visit another virtual desktop Product: plasma Version: unspecified Platform: Debian testing OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: plasma-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: sliedes@cc.hut.fi Version: (using KDE 4.3.4) OS: Linux Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages How to reproduce: 1. Open the calendar tool in the Digital Clock widget (added to a panel) by left-clicking on the clock. 2. Change month and/or year by clicking on the < or > buttons in the calendar tool window and/or day by clicking on it. 3. Change to another virtual desktop by, for example, clicking on another virtual desktop on a pager widget in the panel, or by using keyboard shortcuts. 4. Change back to the virtual desktop where the calendar tool was opened. Expected results: 1. The calendar tool shows the date navigated to in step 2. Actual results: 1. The calendar tool has reverted to showing the current date and month/year. This is quite surprising and easily leads to, for example, entering wrong weekdays for dates in some email because the calendar has reverted to another month when you were not looking. Architecture is amd64. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
