Bug 199735 is completely unrelated to what's displayed in your screenshot. That
bug only caused decorations to not fully displayed when they were repainted
while this one seems to be caused by OpenGL texture issues.

Is the corruption the same every time or is it different? If different can you
post a few more screenshots?

"This problem is reproducible with direct rendering enabled, or in Xrender
mode." => Do you mean NOT reproducible? As in this bug ONLY occurs in OpenGL
mode when direct rendering is disabled?
