Here using:

on ArchLinux i686 - Kernel 2.6.31.6

Both Konqueror and Firefox 3.5 show the same output, the DIV with the
changes/changelog is fully shown (without scrollbars on it).
It is not truncated on Konqueror.

The horizontal scrollbar appears only when needed (4:3 format~)

- Could you check this with an updated build ? (and with a clean environment?
(a new test user account))
